Dr. Brooks is Chief Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeon at Smileloc Dental Implant Center. He graduated from the University of Oklahoma College of Dentistry in 1990 and completed his residency—and served as Chief Resident—at the University of Miami Jackson Memorial Medical Center by 1995. He teaches as Associate Clinical Professor at Oklahoma University College of Dentistry.
With 30+ years of facial reconstruction, trauma treatment, and implant surgery experience, he has restored thousands of smiles. A diplomate of the American Board of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery and the American Association of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeons, he is also a fellow of the American College of Dentists and active in professional societies. Hanife Bay
Dr. Bay is a board-certified prosthodontist at Smileloc Dental Implant Center. Formerly a senior prosthodontist at ClearChoice, she has restored thousands of smiles using advanced implant and esthetic protocols. She earned her DDS from Marmara University in Turkey and completed advanced prosthodontics training at Dental College of Georgia, in Augusta University, mastering zirconia restorations, occlusion, and smile design under Dr. Gerard Chiche.
A pioneer in robotic-guided implant surgery, she has performed hundreds of cases with the Yomi Implant Robotic System and helped introduce it to mainstream practice. She is a diplomate of the American Board of Prosthodontics, a fellow of the American College of Prosthodontists, and a member of the American Academy of Implant Dentistry. Dr. Bayraktaroglu is currently serving as an Adjunct Assistant Professor Texas A&M College of Dentistry, Dallas TX.
Donald Ross
Dr. Ross is Chief Prosthodontist at Smileloc Dental Implant Center. He earned his DDS and Certificate in Prosthodontics from the University of Iowa College of Dentistry in 2004 and 2007. He has restored over 6,000 full-arch cases working with ClearChoice, Oral Surgeons, Periodontists, and Dentists across the US and Internationally.
In 2016 Dr. Ross founded OnXX Digital to refine digital workflows for more predictable results. Pioneering the full-arch restorative space, he lectures nationally and internationally on All-on-X protocols. He has published case studies in peer-reviewed journals and mentors surgeons and restorative doctors involved with full arch procedures. Dr. Ross Joined Smileloc to advance patient care with the clinic’s cutting-edge digital planning and surgical systems.
Michael Gliddon
Dr. Gliddon is an oral and maxillofacial surgeon at Smileloc Dental Implant Clinic. He earned his DDS with honors from the University of Texas Health Science Center at San Antonio. He then completed an Advanced Education in General Dentistry residency in Baumholder, Germany, followed by an oral and maxillofacial surgery residency at the University of Texas Dental Branch in Houston.
Over his 21-year career, Dr. Gliddon has restored thousands of smiles and served in the U.S. Army with deployment to Iraq, gaining extensive experience treating wartime injuries. He has taught and mentored in both dental and surgical training programs and earned multiple awards and fellowships. A diplomate of the American Board of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery and fellow of the American College of Dentists and the Pierre Fauchard Academy, he joined Smileloc to deliver exceptional surgical care through advanced digital planning and a patient-focused approach.
Darrell Steele
Dr. Steele is a board-certified oral and maxillofacial surgeon at Smileloc Dental Implant Clinic. He earned his DDS from Baylor College of Dentistry and his MD from UT Southwestern Medical School. He completed his oral surgery residency focusing on jaw reconstruction, cosmetic facial surgery, and dental implant placement at major teaching hospitals.
